Specials terms.
These terms apply to every special: monthly specials, holiday specials and Cyber Monday (the first Monday of each month). Last updated 28 October 2026.
1. Claim in time
Send an enquiry by midnight (Botswana time) on the special's last day and name the special.
2. Pay within 14 days
We send a written quote at the special price. Pay the deposit (50%, or the full price for Google profile setup) within 14 days of the quote to keep the price.
3. Start within 60 days
Work must start within 60 days of payment, or normal prices apply.
4. What is discounted
Only the package price. Hosting, domains, WhatsApp and other third-party fees, and extra work (P300 an hour) are charged as usual.
5. Care plan special
P380 a month for the first 6 months of a 6-month plan, then P500.
6. One per client
One special per business. Specials cannot be combined with each other or with other discounts.
7. Where limited
The Botswana Day special is for businesses operating in Botswana.
8. Everything else
Our usual quote terms apply: agreed scope, up to 3 rounds of minor revisions, and a 30-day warranty on development work. Prices are in pula, VAT included where applicable.
