Registrations arrive by email, phone and WhatsApp. The programme is a PDF that keeps changing. Evaluations are on paper and nobody has time to count them.

Do you only work with associations?
No. We also build websites and small automations for businesses and professional firms. Associations are where we have done the most repeat work.
Can you take over a website someone else built?
Usually, yes. We check it first and tell you honestly if it needs fixing before we can look after it.
What if we need more than 3 hours in a month?
We tell you before doing the extra work. Extra time is P300 an hour, agreed first.
Can delegates pay online when they register?
Yes, as an extra. Payment set-up and gateway fees are quoted separately. Registrations can also show your bank details.
Who owns the website and the data?
You do. Work made for you is yours once paid in full, and your member and delegate data stays yours.
How do we cancel the monthly plan?
Give 30 days written notice. There is no yearly lock-in.
